For custom store setups, design adjustments, and bulk product imports, work scope is agreed upon before project initiation. Refunds are evaluated based on project milestones:

• Before Work Starts: Full refund available if canceled before work begins.
• In-Progress Projects: Partial refunds may be granted proportional to uncompleted work.
• Completed Projects: Delivered and approved technical/digital services are non-refundable.

2. Monthly Maintenance Plans

Our monthly support packages operate on a flexible month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Service Quality Guarantee

If you encounter technical issues or errors with delivered work, we provide prompt revisions to fix any issues outlined in the original project agreement.
